Surviving The Storm: Strength You Don't Give Yourself Credit For 🌹
Winter Healing Series | Episode Notes
Recap of Episode Four 📝✨↩️
Core Symbolism:
Winter storms bend the rose, but they do not break it.
Sometimes the hardest pain to believe is the pain you cannot see. Many people have weathered storms unimaginable—walking miracles—yet still find themselves in difficult seasons of peace, love, and financial stability. The collective is hurting in a way we’ve never seen before, not solely because of hardship, but because of a lack of empathy, awareness, and love.
I, myself, have gone through a multitude of storms—some more karmic than others. But what I know for certain is this: storms can change you… forever. They can reshape your entire belief system, sometimes making you question and second-guess your faith, your spirit, and even yourself.
They call it survivor’s guilt. But what if I told you that you no longer have to feel guilty? You no longer have to carry shame, abandonment, isolation, or confusion for the people, places, or things you have overcome and moved forward from. Even the things in your life you’re still unsure how to release or atone for—The Most High is calling you to LET IT GO and applaud yourself for WHERE YOU ARE GOING.
You do not need vindication for what you had to fight through with little to no support. And this episode serves as a reminder to give yourself the very credit you often dismiss or forget you deserve.
Today’s Lesson:
You have survived storms you never speak about. You deserve credit for your resilience.

— Isaiah 43:2 NIV
Reflection
There is a profound power in knowing you are never alone—even in moments when it feels like the weight of the world rests solely on you. GOD’s promise reminds us that the waters may rise, the current may feel strong, but His presence never leaves your side. In seasons where isolation tries to convince you that you’ve been forgotten, shift your perspective and allow solitude to become your fortress. Solitude is not abandonment, it is sacred space where strength is restored, faith is refined, and resilience is rebuilt. When you remember Who walks with you through the waters, you stop fearing the depth and begin trusting that you will emerge stronger, steadier, and carried the entire way.
Affirmation: I am stronger than the storms I’ve walked through. ✨
And Always Remember: When life gives you thorns, search for roses. 🌹
