Hidden Growth: Progress You Can't See Yet 🌹
Winter Healing Series | Episode Notes
Recap of Episode Five 📝✨↩️
Core Symbolism:
Just because you cannot see progress does not mean it isn’t happening.
Can you believe it?!
We made it to 2026. But does it actually feel like the “new year” has begun? Or are there still old cycles lingering, with the door cracked open, waiting to be fully shut? Each time the new year rolls around, we talk about New Year’s resolutions. And more often than not, many people set goals around weight loss or some type of change they believe will finally “change them”…make them feel better, whole, seen, and worthy.
But life happens. The holidays come, time passes, and we look back and say, “Well, there’s always next year.” This episode is all about intention, planning, purpose, and consistency. I also candidly share my own struggles with my weight-loss journey and how those bigger goals can sometimes feel extremely difficult to attain. That doesn’t mean the vision you have for yourself is impossible.
With true discipline, motivation, and repetition, progress begins to unfold—you just have to be patient. We live in a world that thrives on instant gratification, and when results aren’t immediately visible, many give up, believing that nothing is “happening” and nothing is “changing.” But what if that’s not true?
In this episode, we take a closer look at the reset that has themed the year 2026 and explore how intention, consistency, and faith can turn our goals and resolutions into something real, lasting, and achievable.
Today’s Lesson:
Just because you cannot see progress does not mean it isn’t happening.

Scripture for This Episode 🌸📖✝️
“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
— 2 Corinthians 5:7 NIV
Reflection
Walking by faith means trusting what GOD is doing even when you can’t yet see the outcome. It’s choosing purpose over trends, truth over illusions, and alignment over shortcuts that promise quick results but lead you away from who you’re becoming. Change can feel uncomfortable, confusing, and even lonely…especially when you’re standing at a crossroads, wanting different outcomes but unsure which direction to take. In those moments, faith becomes your compass. When faith is paired with hard work, confidence, and determination, it carries you farther than sight ever could, guiding you steadily toward growth, fulfillment, and the life you’re intentionally building.
Affirmation: I honor the growth happening beneath the surface. ✨
And Always Remember: When life gives you thorns, search for roses. 🌹
